Is it true that escape rooms provide a fantastic and fun way to develop and enhance teamwork, communication and rapport among staff?
However, the true impact comes when people reflect on their experience and learn how to improve their performance.
That's where Barbara May comes in. She has partnered with SmartyPantz Escape Rooms in Edmonton to tie everything together and help you apply concepts from your team building experience back to the workplace.
Her corporate training programs draw from the escape room adventures to address a number of common issues which organizations face including dealing and communicating with co-workers and bouncing back from mistakes.
Smarty Pantz can accommodate groups ranging from 4 to 40 participants, although 12 to 24 are ideal numbers for this type of this type of training.
