THE LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAM

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

This module-based leadership training builds leadership capacity through plenary teaching sessions, large and small group collaborations and individual coaching. Pragmatic strategies, direct feedback and collaborative skill building develops skill sets for both existing and emerging leaders.

WORKSHOP GOALS:

The goal of the training will be to:

• Strengthen existing leadership

• Enhance future leadership capacity

• Engage young leaders in building organizational excellence

• Strengthen young leader’s skill sets for leadership presence

• Develop and refine public speaking and professional presentation skills

• Develop and enhance innovation in service delivery

• Develop skills that build healthy front-line service teams

• Expand leadership ability to view program through wide lens

• Strengthen fiscal management in lean budget times

TIMELINE:

7-hours per module ~ 21 hours per Certificate

COSTS:

$900.00 tuition/per participant for each Certificate Level (minimum 8 participants)

FACILITATOR: Barbara May

This comprehensive, 3-level Leadership Effectiveness Course provides each participant with an intensive 63 hours of Leadership development. The course is facilitated by Barbara May, CEO and Founder of Stumbling Blocks Team Building Seminars.

Barbara May equips leaders to identify and refine their personal leadership style, professional presentation and to build their ability to function effectively to achieve organization goals. She emphasizes an inquiry approach to both internal and external resistance, and challenges leaders to remain open to the ongoing evolution of their leadership style and skill set.
